Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened where possible. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The same payment method used for the purchase will be credited.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we have made an error. We will reimburse standard delivery costs for valid returns.
